When you're down, you see things negatively.
I'm aware of that since now is the second time this year. Man, this is really tiring and stressing for me. May be I just need a rest from things. Not think about anything. Keep my mind off things. Or probably stop thinking.

When you're alone, you hurt no one, and no one hurts you. Smiling is a skill.
